Digiweb/Talktalk wrong invoice totals, and yet they want payment for incorrect invoice

I was a Talktalk customer and when I closed my account  because of poor customer service I got a final invoice from them .
When I look at the invoice there are three amounts to be added up to give me the total amount due .

However these three (3) amounts do not add up .
I have contacted them several times and I still haven't got a corrected invoice from them as of today the 30th of June 2011.
This is going on since August 2010.
Is it really that hard to raise a correct invoice with the amounts added up correctly .
These days all invoices are raised from computer software and not by a person with a pen and paper , although anyone ( except Digiweb ) can add up 3 amounts.

I have emailed and phoned many times and still no correct invoice , so I haven't paid and yesterday Wednesday the 29th of June `11 I got a letter from a DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY looking for me to pay another different amount to DIGIWEB .
Digiweb are quick enough to pass my account over to a Debt Collection company to get my payment but they are not very good at producing a correct invoice .

Can they give me a correct invoice , well not yet  today (30th of June `11)  that leads  me to thinking that something is wrong with their accounts software .
If as they say they have over 100,0000 yes 100 thousand customers that means that they are printing out 100 thousand invoices every month = 1.2 million invoices a year . Now am I that special that I am 1 in 1.2 million people .
Question .

Does anybody out there have invoices from Digiweb or Talktalk old or new .
Look at them and total up the amounts that appear on the front page and the summary and see if they are correct as my Invoice  is wrong .

I posted an item today on Boards.ie to highlight this problem and my post was " CLOSED " within minutes and just disappeared .
I wondered why then I seen at the end of the page that it is hosted by who , yes you are right DIGIWEB

Question .

1/ If the amounts on my invoice are wrong / incorrect does that mean that ALL invoices sent out are wrong .

2/ Does that mean that the amounts of VAT are wrong on their VAT returns .

3/ Does that mean that their complete accounts are wrong including the , wages paid to staff , taxes stopped out of their wages , tax paid to the government .

These are QUESTIONS and not a statement as I am not an accountant , but I would love to hear you comments .
